Freda’s Deli is an independently owned café and catering business located on the High Street in Knowle, Solihull.
Throughout the week, we offer a varied breakfast, brunch and lunch menu. We are fortunate to be surrounded by fantastic producers and firmly believe in the ‘Farm to Fork’ ethos. Our ingredients are sourced from local suppliers where possible. We have a fresh and varied menu to cater for all tastes, to include vegetarians and vegan dishes or free from food options, please don’t hesitate to ask our team.
We relish in serving good food. Proper food that is done well, especially sandwiches, we love sandwiches!
Our food is freshly made, prepped, roasted, tossed and marinated by us. We also understand that not everyone loves sandwiches, so we do other delicious stuff too, like healthy salads, hot daily specials and soups.
We serve a fantastic blend of coffee, roasted locally by 200 Degrees. Served by our team of baristas, enjoy, relax and drink in at the Deli or to take-away if you are on the go!

After purchasing Greedy Guts in 2014, the team embarked on a vision to provide fresh and wholesome menu from the Deli based in Knowle, serving Solihull, Warwickshire and Birmingham. After spending 18 months getting to know the business and its lovely customers, Freda’s Deli was finally launched at the beginning of 2016.
